Welcome to Hartisan.Hair By Amanda. By using this website, scheduling an appointment, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointment Booking & Cancellations

Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. To maintain an efficient schedule for all clients, we enforce the following policies:

• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service price.
• Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment, and cancellation/no-show fees may apply.
• No-Shows: Failing to show up to your scheduled time without notice will result in a fee equal to 100% of the service cost.

2. Apothecary Shop & Storefront Payments

All physical products sold on this website are processed securely via Shopify. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed prices, including shipping fees and taxes, if applicable. Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our return guidelines; please contact Amanda directly for product concerns.

3. Client Health & Safety

For custom hair services and body art (henna/jagua), you must inform Amanda of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or previous adverse reactions to dyes, hair chemicals, or natural botanical gels before your session. Amanda is not liable for reactions to materials when full disclosures were not made.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including hair photography, custom body art designs, illustrations, brand names, and logo graphics on this website are the property of Amanda Hobbs/Hartisan.Hair. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any site content for commercial use without express written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hartisan.Hair By Amanda makes every effort to ensure information on this site is accurate. However, we do not guarantee the site is free of technical errors or omissions. Under no circumstances will Amanda Hobbs be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of this website, product purchases, or scheduling tools.
